LL.B (International) Graduate, Sinéad Roche, is the recipient of the University of Groningen EU Talent Grant.
Sinéad graduated from Maynooth University in 2019, achieving the overall grade of a first-class honours. Since then, she has sought further education and has been accepted into one of Europe’s top law schools, the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands. There, she will study European Economic Law. It was from the year 2017-2018 that Sinéad first became acquainted with the Dutch university through the Erasmus+ Programme. The University of Groningen has been a partner of Maynooth University for many years.
Following graduation, Sinéad took a year out to gain practical experience in the banking sector. During this time, she received the excellent news that she would be awarded the EU Talent Grant from the University of Groningen. The scholarship is awarded to gifted prospective LL.M students from the EU and covers part of the tuition fee.
