The 2014 Maynooth University Teaching and Learning Showcase will take place on Friday June 6th, 2014 from 11.00-1.00pm in the Phoenix Building.
The Teaching and Learning Showcase recognises innovative and best practice teaching and learning work at Maynooth University and provides a platform for sharing and discussing teaching and learning innovations and best practices across disciplines.
Call for Posters
We invite all staff involved in teaching activities to present a poster to showcase best practice and innovations in teaching and learning within their subject area.
As with previous years, the format of the showcase is informal, where each presenter is invited to attend with a simple poster detailing their best practice or innovation. To give a sense of the event, a short video from the Teaching and Learning Showcase last year is available to view here.
The 2013-14 poster template in MS PowerPoint format and can be downloaded here. Additional colours are available from CTL. Completed posters should be emailed to ctl@mu.ie before Wednesday May 28th. All posters will then be printed for presenters in A2 color. If you prefer to create your own poster template, please email your poster to ctl@mu.ie in PDF format for printing before Wednesday May 28th also.
Invitation
All staff are also invited to attend the showcase for what should be a valuable opportunity to share and discuss teaching practices and innovations across disciplines.
