Dr Lauren Kierans has published a new piece, translated into French, in the Revue de Droit Comparé du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale [The Comparative Law Review of Labour and Social Security]. The piece “La jurisprudence en matière de lancement d’alerte en Irlande” looks the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, and the extent to which the Act is fulfilling its purpose (to provide protection to workers who make protected disclosures).
Dr Kierans is a lecturer in law at Maynooth University School of Law and Criminology and lectures courses to all first year law students on Tort Law, as well as Whistleblowing Law to LLB students.
