Seth Barrett Tillman was interviewed and quoted by Mark Tighe in a full-length article in The Sunday Times entitled 'Justice delayed: call to curb long trials' which discusses the excessive costs and time litigation takes in Irish courts.
Also, Tillman's recent publication on the same subject, which ran in the Gazette of the Law Society of Ireland, was quoted in an unsigned Sunday Times opinion editorial. Among other reforms, Tillman recommends restricting access to oral arguments, in favour of paper submissions.
Seth Barrett Tillman is an Associate Professor at Maynooth University School of Law and Criminology. He teaches modules in Constitutional Law and Equity & Trusts.
