On 4 December the School of Law and Criminology held its annual Christmas Charity Bake Off. This beloved annual event, which originated from the PhD community, has flourished over the years, raising over €1,000 annually for the past number of years for the Children’s Health Ireland Foundation. The dedication and passion of the staff and PhD students have been instrumental in this remarkable achievement. The impact of these funds on children's lives and their families cannot be overstated. Our staff and students didn't disappoint and showcased their fantastic baking skills in festive attire at New House.
Judges Prof Michael Doherty and Marie Therese Ward had the delicious and difficult task of choosing this years winner. Many congratulations to this years star baker, Claire McGovern and also to runners up Chloe Cass, Joy Adebambo and Rachel Brannick.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported this fundraiser.
