The first intake of students on the MSc HRM/HRD programme in the School of Business, which was launched in September 2012, graduated on 31st October 2013. Of the graduates from that class, 75% are in/have secured employed in the HRM field in various organisations across industries: from banking to retail to (recruitment) consultancy to third level education; 12.5% are relocating internationally (having studied as international students in Ireland); and the remaining 12.5% continue to actively seek employment in Ireland. We are very proud of every one of them and are hopeful of a 100% employment rate before long. Congratulations one and all!
