About

Emma is responsible for leading and managing the Student Helpdesk operation. The Student Helpdesk team aim to deliver a high quality, engaging and supportive service to our students, where they can seek information, guidance, and support in a welcoming space. 

Emma has extensive experience in Management of Operations. She has worked in a number of areas within the university and previously held various operational roles within the Financial Sector.  Emma holds an MSc in Business Management with a focus on Change Management and Resistance to Change, and a Certificate in Equality Studies both from Maynooth University along with a HDip in Leadership in Business from TU Shannon: Midlands Midwest.
