I am having difficulty with part of my course?
All lecturers have office hours where you can drop in to discuss your queries. Contact your Access Advisor for extra support.
I feel like I chose the wrong course?
There are many reasons why you might feel like your course in not the right fit. Sometimes these issues are resolvable with the right supports. Schedule an appointment to meet with your Access Advisor who can discuss with you your options.
I am considering withdrawing?
Withdrawing from university has an impact on your HEAR status and may have an impact on your SUSI grant entitlements. It is very important that before you make a big decision you meet with your Access Advisor to make sure that you have all the information you need to make this decision.
I have failed my exams?
Be assured that this can happen and there are many opportunities for you to get back on track academically. There are practical steps for you to take and a visit to your Access Advisor will help you on your way.
