Turn to Teaching has developed into a rich and diverse community which is committed to equality, diversity and widening participation in education and teaching.
This community gathered together on May 5th, 2022 to host an end of year celebratory event that created dialogical spaces for students, staff, and school, FE and community partners to celebrate the student achievements to date, consider the impact of the broader work of Turn to Teaching in teacher education, school and community spaces, and to identify opportunities for further growth and development in the work.
Esther Blodau, a graphic harvester, was on hand to capture the essence of the dialogue which revolved around the following themes (aspirations, challenges and supports, growth, and regeneration). These themes will be pivotal in informing future project growth and development.
