There are a number of ways in which you can access the University when considering going back into education in order to receive general advice and guidance, or to have more specific questions answered regarding your future educational journey. The Mature Student Office provides a Mature Student Information Pack for people who are considering a return to education. The Pack contains the University’s published literature on Courses, Application and Selection procedures for mature students, Supports and Finance.

A series of Mature Student Information Sessions take place each year. If you are a potential student considering full-time education at Maynooth University we encourage you to come along to one of these sessions.

The Mature Student Officer visits groups of students who are currently enrolled in Adult Education courses, VTOS courses, PLC etc.
Course coordinator or tutors are welcome to contact the Mature Student Officer to arrange a visit to your group.
Small groups are also most welcome to visit the University. If your group would like to meet with the Mature Student Officer and current students, and go on a tour of the University, please contact the Mature Student Officer.
