Make and receive internal and external calls via Teams Telephony, anywhere you have Teams installed, instead of a traditional desktop phone. With Teams Telephony you can:
- Make and receive calls to/from internal and external numbers, i.e. you may make and receive calls to standard landline and mobile numbers, as well as emergency numbers.
- Make group calls with users across Maynooth University.
- View your call history and re-listen to voicemails.
- Forward calls to voicemail or mobile, as required.
- Configure actions for when you are not available.
- Manage your voicemail, including transcripts of voicemail messages, and in some cases, automatic translation.
- Manage your out-of-office voicemail.
