All staff are invited attend the Enhancing Feedback in First Year –Y1Feedback Symposium on Friday January 27, 2017 at Maynooth University.
Y1Feedback is a Maynooth University led project, in collaboration with Athlone IT, Dublin City University, Dundalk IT and funded by the National Forum for the Enhancement for Teaching and Learning. The project aims to enhance feedback practice in first year undergraduate programmes by identifying and developing case studies of technology-enabled feedback approaches for first year.
Y1Feedback Symposium
The Symposium will provide an opportunity for staff across the Irish HE sector to explore, discuss, and share approaches to enhancing feedback in first year. The programme includes keynote presentations from international experts in assessment and feedback including Professor Tansy Jessop, Professor David Nicol and Dr. Naomi Winstone. In addition, Y1Feedback participants from Maynooth University, Athlone IT, Dublin City University, and Dundalk IT will present case studies of technology-enabled feedback approaches for first year.
