We would encourage all students, particularly final year students, who have received a very high mark (68+) in an essay to submit such work for consideration. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your excellent research and writing skills and position yourself as a candidate for future scholarships and postgraduate programmes. Prizes will be awarded to two outstanding essays submitted in the current academic year. The first prize is 250 Euros in book tokens and second prize 100 Euros in book tokens.
Terms and Conditions:
Submissions should be printed and delivered to Helen Kinsella, Administrator, in the European Studies office (Rowan House, North Campus) and a digital copy should be emailed to: [email protected]
Deadline is 5pm Monday 20th May 2018.
Entries in English, Spanish, German and French are accepted.
Please include the mark awarded and the name of the faculty member(s) whose course this essay was written for. The winner will be announced at the end of June 2018.
