Well done to the 18 MU academics who were recently awarded New Foundation Awards from the Irish Research Council including ALL member, Richard Roche.
In this project, we will examine the effects of combining two interventions known to benefit cognition – reminiscence therapy and physical exercise – in a group of adults living with early Alzheimer’s Disease. Participants will engage in “reminiscence while walking” groups, following specific routes through Maynooth designed to elicit memories and reminiscences.
