Maynooth University Capital Development
Buckley House Student Accommodation (In Construction)
Designed by local based Demesne Architects, it is a 115 bed student accommodation development over four floors which will also feature a public restaurant and plaza. There are cooking facilities within the rooms as well as a number of communal kitchens for social cooking and dining as well as numerous recreation spaces. Students will also benefit from an onsite gym and cafeteria.

Sports Science Extension. Design stage is underway
TSI Building (Completed July 2022)
The newest addition to the building stock of Maynooth University, the TSI building spans to a gross area of 10,554 sqm. The building comprises predominantly teaching spaces at ground and first floor levels, with office use at second and third floor levels, and plant space at roof level.
Teaching spaces include lecture theatres for 500, 250 and 300 persons respectively, classrooms (Active Learning Environment model), seminar rooms and group collaboration rooms, with a cafe and exhibition space located at ground floor.
Offices comprise a mix of single person cellular offices, shared office areas and open plan office spaces with a provision of meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
The TSI building was an Architecturally led design project by RKD Architects and has been shortlisted for an ICE (Irish Construction Excellence) Award 2024 in the category of best Education Project over €10M https://iceawards.ie/finalists/#15
