We need to replace the main electricity board which supplies the Arts Block before we have a forced outage. In order to do this, it is necessary to have a planned outage.
We plan to carry out the board replacement on the weekend beginning the evening of Friday 1st September.
It is our intention to take down the power as early as possible on Friday evening in order to ensure power is restored for the morning of Monday 4th September to allow business as normal.
There will be no access to the Arts building during this period of the outage
If you have any concerns please email Ciaran Coffey. While we have little choice but to take this course of action we will try to accommodate any reasonable request.
If possible early intervention would be helpful.
