In order to minimize the disruption to the campus back-up generators will be run during the shut-down period however there will still be an interruption of the supply for two periods of approximately one hour to accommodate the change over from grid power to generator power and to return to the grid. These shorter up to 1 hour power outages will be as follows:
South Campus: at 7pm on Thursday 3rd August and again at 3am on Friday 4th August.
North Campus: at 9.30pm on Thursday 3rd August and again at 5:30am on Friday 4th August.
