    On, 11th July, Dr Cian Ó Concubhair, School of Law and Criminology, was invited to give expert evidence to the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Drug Use alongside Nick Glynn, Senior Program Officer, Open Society Foundations.

    Their contributions were broadly focused on the ongoing failures of criminal prohibitionist policies, and the damaging impact of drugs policing practices on communities and policing itself.
