The Child Through Time

Professor Anna Hickey-Moody will present a non-teleological concept of childhood through exploring memory and the philosophy of Deleuze and Guattari.  Dr Richard Huddleson will reflect on the changing figure of the Child and of Youth, alongside the hopes and fears that they awaken, in Catalan culture between 1898 and 1939.
