With 10 years experience in communications with the ISPCC Childline, confidentiality has always been top of Caroline's agenda. She manages the Counselling Service website, production and distribution of all marketing and promotional materials, and diary management for the team. Caroline is the first contact on a student's journey towards healing, a position that she feels is both an honour and a privilege.
