Threase Finnegan Kessie

Threase Finnegan-Kessie holds a PhD in Anthropology from Maynooth University. She completed a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship with University College Dublin conducting ethnographic research into the User-Centered design of Connected Health technologies. While managing a €2.1 million Horizon 2020 funded European Industrial Doctorate programme, Threase began to research and publish on innovation within the Higher Education sector, with a focus on the growing importance of interdisciplinary in this domain. As a result of this, she worked closely with colleagues to secure European Union funding for further research in this area.tHREASTh
Threase is a keen traditional flute player and mother of two young boys.
