Any individual or company requesting to film, broadcast or take photographs within the grounds of Maynooth University must submit their request to the Communications Team at least two weeks before the project is due to begin by filling out the form below. The External Relations Office will evaluate all requests and liaise with Campus and Commercial Services to ensure that permitted projects progress with minimal disruption to the University.
In order to allow for filming to take place on campus, TV companies/external videographers must send the following to the Health & Safety Office:
- Date
- Location of filming
- Risk Assessment for activity
- Copy of public liability insurance
- List of attendees
- Parking requirements
To film on the south campus, permission must be sought from Saint Patrick's Pontifical University.
