Biography

Julius is a Lecturer in Management in the School of Business, Maynooth University. His teaching interests are in the areas of human resource management (HRM), organizational behavior (OB), talent management (TM), industrial relations (IRs), business in society and entrepreneurship. Julius is a graduate of the Innovation Academy Dublin and of UCD Smurfit Business School (PhD). Prior to his PhD studies, he worked for six years in operations and human resources in the transport sector. He has management experience in the higher education sector and extensive involvement in teaching and research at home and abroad. Parallel to working with industry, Julius’s research interests include institutionalism, political economy, talent management, innovation and comparative HRM.
