    About

    I am currently on secondment to the President’s Office with responsibility for leading the institutional process for the design and delivery of the next Strategic Plan (2023-2028).

    Previously, I held the role of Director of Postgraduate Academic Programmes in the Graduate Studies Office from 2018-2022. Before joining Maynooth University, I was Senior Lecturer in Celtic Languages and Director of the Celtic Section at Uppsala University, Sweden (2012-2018), and Director of Studies at the Dept of English, Uppsala University, from 2016-2018. I also spent ten years in the School of Irish, Celtic Studies and Irish Folklore, University College Dublin, as a student, researcher and lecturer, specialising in nineteenth-century Irish language literature and manuscript culture.
