Assistant Professor in the School of Law and Criminology, Dr. Yağmur Hortoğlu has published a new book entitled '"La fraude et l'arbitrage" .
Fraudulent behaviour is present in all legal fields and the situation is no different in arbitration. In order to demonstrate that arbitration is not condemned to serve as a potential instrument of fraud, this book undertakes, in the first part, the study of various categories of fraud specific to arbitration. It then presents the main actors of arbitration likely to propose a remedy to this irregularity. In the second part, devoted to the identification of instruments to fight against "arbitral fraud", this work deals with the efforts that the actors of arbitration will have to undertake to identify and then sanction fraudulent arbitrations.
