Seth Barrett Tillman’s recent article, ‘Who Can Be President of the United States?: Candidate Hillary Clinton and the Problem of Statutory Qualifications’ which will be published in a forthcoming volume of the British Journal of American Legal Studies, has garnered over 1,500 downloads on the Social Science Research Network  (SSRN).
