Dr Oliver Bartlett
Biography
Ollie joined the School of Law and Criminology in 2018. He holds PhD, MJur and LLB degrees from Durham University.
Ollie conducts research in the field of public health law. He has published on a variety of topics including:
- Alcohol control
- Non-communicable disease policy
- Covid-19 policy
- The right to health
- EU public health policy
- Public health ethics
- Social rights
Ollie has worked with the WHO, national NGOs, and regional public health organisations, and welcomes further opportunities for collaboration.
Ollie welcomes expressions of interest from potential research students on any public health law topic.
