Join staff and students from the Electronic Engineering Department to find out more information on the Engineering and Robotics and Intelligent Devices undergraduate degrees available at Maynooth University. The talk will cover the entry requirements, what students study in their degrees, work placement and career opportunities. This presentation will be of particular interest to 5th and 6th year Leaving Certificate students, Guidance Counsellors, teachers and parents.

"Talk to two Maynooth University Electronic Engineering PhD students about their career paths from choosing engineering as an undergrad, to life as a Maynooth student and how they are using engineering to make the world a better place!"
Join Sandra and Marco, two early-stage engineering researchers who will talk about their engineering studies at Maynooth University. Sandra studied both her undergraduate and postgraduate engineering studies at MU and will talk about her interest in engineering and the interesting research she is involved in Biomedical Engineering – find out what it is all about! Marco is  involved in Ocean Energy research – what is ocean energy and why is it so important? Find out more about the research work that Sandra and Marco are involved in and join us live on 3 March at 2pm.  This talk is aimed at 5th and 6th year students, Guidance Counsellors and parents and you can email your questions in advance of the day or during the online talk
