As part of the promotion of this year’s Accenture Leaders of Tomorrow Award we are holding a launch night in the Accenture offices in Grand Canal Square this Thursday October 1st. Prospective Maynooth University candidates can hear from previous competitors about the competition and the benefits of participation.
In recent years we’ve moved away from the recruitment bracket and have become primarily focused on the development the entrepreneurial idea. To help us with this we’ve partnered with the NDRC.
Some of the benefits of participation in the Leaders of Tomorrow award are included below:
- The opportunity to develop a coherent business concept, culminating in a pitch to a panel of business leaders
- The 6 competition finalists attend 2 Development Days, specifically designed to build their personal skills in relation to leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship
- A unique personal development opportunity with the overall winner gaining access to a wealth of supports to assist them in progressing their business idea into a reality
- The winners will be offered a place on NDRC’s incubator programme, Launchpad
- The winners receive an all-expenses paid trip to one of the Accenture Innovation centres in New York, London or Dubai
- The option of a 6 month Accenture internship post Launchpad is also available
