In the outgoing academic year, as part of the School’s collaboration with industry stakeholders, Dr Paul Donovan conducted a facilitation skills workshop with a team of Coaches at the eBay headquarters in Blanchardstown in Dublin. The workshop was attended by 21 staff from the facility. This skills update session was organised by Janice Knight, UK & EEC Coach Manager, eBay, who participated in the workshop also. The two hour session dealt with the critical issues surrounding the design and delivery of facilitation workshops as a part of training programmes or as a means of organisational improvement.”
