Dr Clíodhna Murphy attended an international conference on Transnational Law and Social Justice at the LSE, London on 26 and 27 June 2015.
Keynote speakers included Professor Philomila Tsoukala of Georgetown Law School and Professor Peer Zumbansen of King’s College London.Clíodhna presented her paper on 'Undocumented Migrant Workers and the Structures of Liberal Law' at two panel sessions, on 'Families and Migration’ and ‘Hierarchies and Exclusions Caused by Contract’.
Dr Clíodhna Murphy is a Lecturer at Maynooth University Department of Law where she lectures in Globalisation, Migration and the Law; Law and Governance; Business Law and Legal Process; and Company Law.
