Dr Donovan made his presentation to the training officers group of the Local Govt Management Agency (LGMA previously the LGMSB) at their national development day on Wed 23rd September in their offices in Ushers Quay, Dublin.
Challenges facing most HRD personnel include extracting value for money from investments in human performance. This presentation was particularly appropriate for this group said John Conway, Training and Development Executive of LGMA.
