Professor Michael Doherty appeared on RTÉ Radio 1’s Drivetime programme to talk about the ongoing public sector pay talks.
Professor Doherty has written and commented extensively on employment relations and labour law during the austerity period, including his 2014 piece in the European Labour Law Journal, 'Can the Patient Survive the Cure? Irish Labour Law in the Austerity Era'.
Professor Doherty is Head of Maynooth University Department of Law and lectures in Employment Law and in Work and Employment in Europe on the LLB.
