Michael O’Flaherty, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights and Adjunct Professor at the School of Law and Criminology receives Decoration of Honour from the Republic of Austria
On 26th October, Professor Michael O’Flaherty - currently Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, formerly Director of the Fundamental Rights Agency of the European Union (FRA), and Adjunct Professor at the School of law and Criminology - was awarded the Grand Decoration of Honour in Gold with Star for Services to the Republic of Austria.

Congratulations to IDI Graduate Award 2024 Winner Laney Hyland!
BSc Product Design & Innovation graduate (2024) Laney Hyland picked up a coveted IDI Graduate Award for Medical Device Design at the award ceremony held in Belfast School of Art, Ulster University. Her 4th Year Final Major Project beat competition from across Ireland.
