Dr Lauren Kierans has published a new piece, in the Revue de Droit Comparé du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale [The Comparative Law Review of Labour and Social Security].
The piece “La jurisprudence en matière de lancement d’alerte en Irlande” looks the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, and the extent to which the Act is fulfilling its purpose (to provide protection to workers who make protected disclosures).
