I am a currently working on uncovering the relationships between shell fish biological factors and environmental variables within Irish waters. The aim of the project is to assess how environmental change is impacting shell fish health over time.
I have previously worked on deep sea image analysis using automatic Underwater vehicle and image annotation softwares.
