This Thursday the International Office welcomed over 240 new students for the upcoming semester. Students have joined us from across Europe as part of the Erasmus scheme, and from countries as diverse as Canada, USA, China, Brazil, Singapore and Australia. The students arrived in Ireland as of last weekend and have been settling into life on campus ahead of the start of semester 2. Orientation included welcome talks from the library, I*ESN, the MSU and student services, as well as a welcome from President Nolan. In the international office we want to wish all our new students a wonderful semester in Ireland as we look forward to supporting them during their time in Maynooth.
