Every year Maynooth University announces student Faculty Prize awards for achieving the highest examination score in each year of undergraduate studies. We are proud to announce that for academic year 2019/2020, second year MIEC Electronic Engineering student Zhi Ling Jie, won the First Place in First Year Engineering Examination prize.
Professor Ronan Farrell, the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Maynooth University, commenting on yet another academic success from the MIEC student cohort said: “I would like to sincerely congratulate Zhi Ling Jie for his success in winning this award. These awards are significant within Maynooth University. The award is for the exceptional marks achieved which are a credit to his ability and the diligence and effort given by Zhi Ling Jie.”
Maynooth University, in cooperation with the MIEC, would also like to announce the 2021 MIEC Student Awards, for students achieving the highest examination score, in each year of the four MIEC programmes. Winners of the 2021 MIEC Student Awards will be announced in the academic year 2021/2022.
