Ciarán Walsh's work on the skull-measuring business in Ireland has sparked a campaign for the repatriation of skulls stolen from community burial grounds in Inishbofin and St Finians Bay in 1890. The Indigenous Archaeology Collective has announced a webinar that puts this issue into an international context. "Reclaiming the Ancestors: Indigenous and Black Perspectives on Repatriation, Human Rights, and Justice" takes place on Sept 2, 2020 at 04:00 PM EDT (9pm Irish time).
