Dr Higgins presented a paper entitled 'Assessing the impact of the Commission for Historical Clarification on Guatemalan society; game changer or game player?' in Pembroke College, Cambridge on Friday 6th January. This paper is based on work Dr Higgins is undertaking with Gerard Maguire who is completing his doctoral studies on indigenous rights under her supervision.
