Professor Michael Doherty appeared on the RTÉ Radio 1’s Drivetime programme on 18 February 2016 to discuss the industrial action by Luas workers.
Professor Doherty lectures and researches on all aspects of collective employment law and has written and commented extensively on collective action rights in Ireland and Europe, including his piece, 'Emergency Exit? Collective Bargaining, the ILO and Irish Law' published in the European Labour Law Journal in 2013.
