MU among first to build student accommodation under national strategy
Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science Simon Harris was joined by ministerial colleagues and university presidents to unveil plans for more than 500 student accommodation beds at Maynooth University and DCU.

Refurbished Callan Labs open for Autumn 2022
The newly refurbished labs opened in the Callan building on Monday, 26th of September, 2022. The project converted six existing rooms into 2 new look laboratories. The conversion will accommodate up to 240 Biology and Chemistry students.
