The Endress + Hauser Scholarship
Endress+Hauser Scholarship Engineering supports high-achieving students i in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Maynooth University.
Open to full-time second-year students enrolled in BE Electronic Engineering and
BSc Robotics and Intelligent Devices.
Successful recipients will receive €4,000 PER YEAR to help cover costs like accommodation, study materials, and living expenses (€12,000 in total over 3 years) and valuable career development opportunities!
TWO scholarships available in academic year 2024/25 - one of the scholarships is specifically designated for a female Engineering student, aimed at fostering greater gender diversity in the field.

We are delighted to announce the W.A Barrett Scholarship established through the generosity of Earthridge International and the Barrett Family to commemorate the late William Anthony (Tony) Barrett.
The scholarship provides €3,000 to eligible first year engineering students in MH304/MH306 accreditated programmes at Maynooth University. This scholarship will provide financial support to two post-entry first year undergraduate students taking a Level 8 course that is accredited by Engineers Ireland at Maynooth University. Students with socio-economic disadvantage indicators as recognised by the Irish government, such as HEAR students, students with disabilities, mature entry students, and students facing significant challenges where the scholarship will make a positive impact can apply.
As an inspiring leader and businessman, Tony was committed to supporting people to develop and progress and he possessed a strong interest in the field of engineering throughout his life. Earthridge International and Barrett’s of Maynooth were established by Tony in 1978 and today remain family-owned national leaders in the plumbing and heating sector in Ireland.
