Biography
Research Interests
Ciara’s research area focuses on uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to investigate the role of exercise and lifestyle change in preventing and managing chronic diseases, particularly cardiovascular and respiratory conditions. She is particularly interested in the design and delivery of person-centred, theory-driven models of lifestyle interventions aimed at targeting behaviour change and improving quality of life and health outcomes.
