Maynooth University Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase

    Maynooth University's Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply to all Purchase Orders unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. 

    Where the Purchase Order relates to goods or services that can be supplied under an Office of Government Procurement framework agreement or a framework agreement established by one of its sourcing partners and where the supplier is a current supplier under such a framework agreement or contract, the Purchase Order shall be deemed to be a call-off against that framework agreement and subject to the framework agreement terms and conditions. In addition, Maynooth University standard terms and conditions shall apply to such call-offs but framework terms and conditions shall take precedence should there be any conflict with University terms and conditions.

    Where the Purchase Order relates to goods or services supplied under a contract established on foot of a national or EU tender competition run by Maynooth University, the Purchase Order shall be deemed to subject to the terms and conditions of contract formally agreed between the supplier and Maynooth University at the conclusion of the tender competition. In addition, Maynooth University standard terms and conditions shall apply to such Purchase Orders but the contract terms and conditions shall take precedence should there be any conflict with Maynooth University's standard terms and conditions.
