Last week, Dr Tatiana Andreeva presented a paper at the 18th Congress of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP), which was held from 17 – 20 May 2017 in Dublin.
The Congress is a leading event in the fields of organisational psychology and organisational behaviour; this year it attracted over 1,700 participants from 60 countries. Tatiana presented a paper entitled 'Knowledge-Based HRM: Does it Matter for Innovation Performance?' which focussed on her on-going research on how knowledge sharing and knowledge creation behaviours can be enhanced by targeted human resource management practices.
Tatiana is a Lecturer in Management and Organisational Behaviour at the School of Business. Her current research focuses on the intersections of knowledge management, organisational behaviour and human resource management, with a specific attention to micro-foundations of organisational processes and peculiarities of the contexts in which these processes evolve.
