Dr Brian Flanagan presented a paper, ‘Group Powers’, to the inaugural Legal and Political Theory Workshop Series, National University of Ireland, Galway, on 30 October 2015.
The Workshop Series, convened by Dr John Danaher, Dr Eoin Daly, and Dr Ioanna Tourkochoriti of NUI Galway School of Law, provides an interdisciplinary forum for presenting and discussing work in legal and political theory, broadly construed.
Dr Flanagan lectures in Jurisprudence and Theories of Popular Rule at Maynooth University Department of Law.
