Dr Clíodhna Murphy Presents Paper at Conference on ‘The Judicial Deconstruction of Union Citizenship’ in Germany

Dr Clíodhna Murphy was invited to deliver a paper at a conference on ‘The Judicial Deconstruction of Union Citizenship’ at the University of Konstanz in Germany on 29 April 2016. Other speakers at the conference included Niamh NicShuibhne, Theodora Kostakopolou, and Dimitry Kochenov.

Clíodhna's paper considered ‘Membership without Naturalisation? The Limits of ECtHR Case Law on Residence Security and Equal Treatment’.

Clíodhna is a lecturer within the Department of Law where the courses she lectures in include Globalisation, Migration and the Law on the LLM in International Justice masters programme.
