Dr Noelle Higgins has published a new article on human rights protection in recessionary times in Teisė, the journal of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. The article is based on a presentation Dr Higgins gave in Vilnius University in 2014 and is published in Teisė Volume 94 (2015), p. 241. Dr Higgins is a Senior Lecturer at Maynooth University Department of Law where she lectures in International Criminal Law, Public International Law, and The Rights of Minorities and Indigenous Peoples. Noelle is also the Course Director of the Department's LLM in International Justice.
