Prof Tobias Lock took part in a podcast to discuss his paper on Irish Unity: lessons from Germany? (available here). Together with presenter Rory Montgomery and Prof Aoife O’Donoghue from Queen’s University Belfast, he explores some of the background to the paper and key themes, such as the process of unification; preparedness for unification; EU membership and other international law issues; and how best to give all stakeholders a voice in such a process.
